We recently attended a Judges conference in Galveston, Texas. Well, Scott attended I tagged along.
I made a french picnic lunch to earn my keep. We had Crudites de Celeri (fresh celery) with Chevre Persillade (goat cheese with garlic and parsley)for the first course.
Pan bagnat ("bathed" sandwich nicoise) this is basically a salad nicoise on bread. The tuna was too dry, the anchovies way too salty, but it sure looked pretty! This American loves her mayo!
Fresh Blueberry-Filled Cantaloupe A La Creme De Cassis was the hit of the meal. Soaking the blueberries
in the Creme De Cassis was awesome!
Even though the day seemed pretty dreary with heavy fog we had a great lunch A La Provencal.
