Info Post
I had the occasion to take an Advanced Lipid test.  At 56,  the medical proffession loves to give you advanced everything, along with sticking probes in orifices that aren't accustomed to being probed.
Wouldn't you know it?  The one time I take a test, get really high scores, it's bad.  Evidently, I am a dead girl walking.  Now before all my family reading gets crazy...I can fix it.  I just have to stop eating.

Well, not exactly stop just adjust.  This condition is hereditary, my dad battled choleterol issues all his adult life.  The doc gave me strict orders...no meat, no bad starches, no cheese, no fun.  I have been here before.  Two years ago I was at 150, in the gym daily or on the road running, weight and cholesteral on the downward path.  Tough stuff happened. Cymbalta was prescribed. I began to eat and havn't seen the inside of a gym or a walking track for two years.  I gained weight.  Now I start over.

So, I venture into Tofu territory.  Turkey bacon territory.  Only fish or chicken territory.  The territory of Legumes. The lush and wonderful islands of Hostess, Little Debbie and Hersheys are now just a distant memory.  Even the seas of diet soda are now off limits to me...sodium.

So gym membership purchased, food and diet reassessed, attitude hopefully good.  It all starts over again.
Geez...
