Info Post
It is a tricky bit of business to gt the food situation just right on the last few days of vacation.  Too much and it all gets thrown out, too little and serious starvation sets in.  When you vacation in a foreign country the images of Big Mac and Dorito tacos intensify in your mind.  These are the conditions I found myself in this morning.

The refrigerator had some supplies a tomato, some cheese, two hamburger buns, the last of the mango and papaya.  Looking farther into the fridge, I found four lemons.

I also had the last of the mayonasa that I spread on toasted hamburger rounds.

I then thinly sliced the tomato and layed it on the toasted round.

The cheese was next and then I set it under the broiler.  Once done I added some queso.

My two trusty companions and I had a lovely breakfast together. All I needed was a Mexican tablecloth.

I fell in love with tablecloths just like this in Mexico but the price was goofy expensive so I went Amazon shopping.  This is a suitable substitute and I didn't have to deal with a market vendor chasing me down the street yelling "special price for you, lady!"
