JUST BECAUSE.....

On a trip to our nearest coastline, Crystal Beach, on the Gulf of Mexico, this summer  I photographed this small memorial. It was on the lot across from the house we rented.  It was unclear if the cross was there for a life or a lifestyle lost when Hurricane Ike washed ashore here with a 20 foot surge.  God give us all the strength to weather our storms.
