Yep, I bought it for the label. Benefactor is a label from Trader Joes. Why do I say label, instead of wine? This wine comes from different places each vintage but the label remains the same. |

I bought the bottles and lugged them back from South Carolina and set them on the shelf. They were purchased as Halloween bar decorations, but my curiosity got the better of me. I opened the chard and tasted. This bottle was $4.99 and I wasn't expecting much...that's what I got, not much. It has virtually no nose and a very strong taste of tropical fruits. We were having fish sticks this evening, so...no harm, no foul. If you are near a Trader Joes, which was so very fun by the way, grab a bottle and tell me what you think! |
